Refund and Cancellation Policy

Everything we sell is a digital file, delivered the moment your payment goes through. Because a digital file cannot be returned, we refund only in the three situations below, and only once we have verified the claim. Please read this before you buy.

When we will refund you in full

1. A technical issue stopped you from downloading. If a fault on our side means you cannot download the file, email us a video — a screen recording that shows the download failing. Once we have verified it, and if we cannot fix the problem, we refund you in full.
2. You were charged more than once for the same order. We check the duplicate charge with our payment provider, and once it is verified we refund the extra payment in full.
3. You received the wrong product. Email us proof of what you received — a screen recording or screenshots of the file. Once we have verified it, we refund you in full.

When we will not refund you

1. You have not downloaded the file. This is a digital product, and your access is delivered in full the moment you pay, so not having downloaded it is not grounds for a refund.
2. You have already downloaded the file. Digital files cannot be returned, and our records show whether a download occurred.
3. The content was not what you expected. The contents and scope are listed on the product page before purchase. Please read them before you buy.
4. You did not achieve a particular result. We state plainly in our Terms that no outcome is guaranteed.

How to request a refund

Email help@ai-kit.in within 7 days of purchase, from the email address you used to buy, with:

• your payment ID or order reference
• which of the three situations above applies to you
• your proof: the screen recording of the failed download, or the recording or screenshots of the product you received

A duplicate charge needs no proof from you, because we confirm it with our payment provider. For a technical issue or a wrong product, the video or screenshots are how we verify the claim, so we cannot approve a refund without them. We reply within 2 business days.

How long refunds take

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The money reaches your account according to your bank or card issuer's timelines, usually a further 5–7 business days.

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different account.

Cancellations

Orders complete instantly on payment and cannot be cancelled after that point. If you close the checkout before paying, nothing is charged and no purchase is made.
