Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your purchase and use of digital products from ai-kit.in, operated by Velovium Technologies, India. By purchasing, you agree to them.

What we sell

Downloadable digital products — documents, spreadsheets and templates delivered as files. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

Purchase and delivery

You enter your email address and pay through our payment processor. On successful payment, your download link appears on screen immediately and is also sent to the email address you provided.

Download links are valid for 7 days and permit up to 5 downloads. If your link expires or you lose it, you can recover it at ai-kit.in/recover using your email address and payment reference, or contact us.

Pricing

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time; the price you paid at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase.

Your licence

Your purchase grants one person or one organisation a perpetual, non-exclusive right to use the materials.

You may: use them for your own organisation, edit them, put your own branding on the templates, share them internally with colleagues, and use them in the course of paid professional work for your clients.

You may not: resell, redistribute, republish or share the files outside your organisation, whether free or for payment; offer them as a product, download, course, or bonus attached to anything you sell; or provide the source files to a client. You may sell your work and your findings. You may not sell our files.

Intellectual property

All materials remain the intellectual property of Velovium Technologies. Your purchase is a licence to use, not a transfer of ownership.

What we do not promise

Our materials describe methods and recommendations based on publicly available research at the time of writing. They are general guidance for business and marketing practitioners and are not legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, ranking, traffic, revenue or commercial benefit. Results depend on your market, your execution, and on third-party systems we do not control.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the email address you enter at checkout. If you enter it incorrectly, contact us and we will resend to a corrected address. You are responsible for downloading your file within the validity period.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the site for maintenance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

We may terminate your licence without refund if you breach the restrictions in section 4, in particular by redistributing or reselling the materials.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
